We also need to ensure that the latest version is installed since an older version may already be present (eg GCE images) * Remove docker log-opts for opensuse * roles: bootstrap-os: Use lowercase 'o' for openSUSE OpenSUSE is not a valid family name. Manuel Cintron	143e2272ff	Fixing an issue where trying to install docker-ce-18.09 on rhel7 nodes (or potentially centos 7) without an enabled extras repo the installation will fail because container-selinux >= 2.9 is required.
