Due to missing quotation of nerdctl_extra_flags, ansible-playbook was failed:
Using module file /usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/ansible/modules/command.py
Pipelining is enabled.

raise ValueError("No closing quotation")
This fixes the issue.
